• Work with subject experts to maintain practical relevance across conduct, disclosure, suitability, and professional responsibility topics.
• Support learning delivery plans, instructor notes, and post-session follow-up material for institutional participants.

Required background

• Experience in compliance training, professional education, learning design, or regulated market operations.
• Ability to structure course content clearly for working professionals with mixed levels of experience.
• Strong communication skills for working with subject-matter specialists, instructors, and institutional stakeholders.

Preferred strengths

• Background in certification programs, continuing professional education, or standards-linked curriculum design.
• Experience delivering workshops or facilitating small-group learning sessions.
• Awareness of cross-border conduct expectations in trading, brokerage, or investment-related settings.
